We recognize that there are times that you may need to return an item for a specific reason due to size, color or preference. Our return policy on bags and leather goods allows you to return new and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns for personalized and custom-made orders in any case. Custom-made bags are made as per customers’ instructions only but if the customer is not happy with the end results then in such case we do not accept any return or exchange request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for returning the package at their own cost and unless and until the product is received wrong or damaged (have to share the pictures of the product received damaged),
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for Leather chairs, stools, and Jackets.
We sell handcrafted leather goods and 5-10% variation of leather color, fitting issues, different buckles than advertised on the listing, the difference in thread color, and some leather uneven cuts can be there in our products. We always try to reduce that %, but due to human imperfections that might occur. We do not count those issues as manufacturing defects and we do not offer free returns for such issues.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Refund in case of non-delivery of goods, such time our delivery partners ask, call you for your identification and you have to cooperate with them, if this reason product returned to us, you will not get the full refund and shipping charges will be deducted from your amount. We request you please coordinate with our shipping partner for a smooth delivery process.
Refunds/Return due to Engraving
- Customers place orders with personalization on bags, which are not returnable and refundable because after the name is engraved on the bags, they are no longer useable and sellable.
- Sometimes, customers place two orders with different personalizations and want to keep one bag and return one bag, which is also not acceptable with any conditions; refer to the above point.
- Engraved goods are not eligible for refunds, return, and replacement with any conditions.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
- To return your product, you should mail us at romanceleather@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order gets shipped, whichever is earlier. Any cancellation request after this period is not guaranteed.
